Ok, wtf, I haven't updated for about 20 days, I actually wanted to make it a month but yeah. Anyway internet's down so I can only use it for a short period of time. So full summary of what happened. Basically had NPAP preview, the practice run in mid-morning was scary to the core. I literally saw one girl collapse, as in fall flat on the floor. That was not all, she fell on her chin and it bled, then she started convulsing in fits and shook on the floor. More collapsed, the Red Cross were kept busy that way. Luckily I didn't collapse, this seasoned veteran will never collapse, because I control my breathing, wriggle my toes constantly and I look up at the "honour and unity". So this was the only significant thing that happened in the 20 or so days that I was absent. We had our E.Math test today, linear inequalities, congruency and similarity. I especially loved the last question. The feeling you get when you take an extremely difficult test is so hard to explain you can only use one word to describe it.."shiok". AHHHHHHHHH!!! So damn stressed. Oh and some random fact, F.I. Azri used to be from Boy Scouts LOL

Well, I haven't been posting during the holidays. No I wasn't busy with homework, I just had NPAP trainings, or NPCC Annual Parade trainings so I came back with just enough energy to soun the horn a few times before dropping down on the bed. Well, it was hot, like bake-your-boots-and-feet-and-fry-an-egg-on-a-random-rock kinda hot.I could literally feel my whiskers burning off in the sun. Well, because I had my beret on and wore spectacles, my face was red just below my forehead, like literally a line separating the lighter portion and darker portion of my face.
Anyway enough about NPAP trainings, first day of school, siannn. I didn't enjoy my holidays at all!!! I only went out yesterday and it was boring!! Anyway I anaged to complete most of my holiday homework on time so no biggie. Bio was a bore, I literally stoned for 3 periods. Math was as depressing as usual, the dementor's aura is always there, if you want to attend Math lessons in 3E1, you need: your stationery, exercise book, textbook, WAND and an adequate knowledge on how to perform the Patronus Charm. SAF music and drama came over, not bad not bad. We received our Math files after VE assembly, oh and when Siwei, MH, Victor, Junxiang and I were walking home, Junxiang took the cake my ma'am gave to Victor and I and ran over to Gaoshan and splattered it on his face LOOL!!! I have the video but you can't see much.

I'm trying my best to keep this dying blog alive, as I mentioned before, only 1 person is tagging, fortunately (or unfortunately), that is enough to keep it alive, I blog with 1 principle, if someone's tagging, UPDATE.

Saturday: UNIT OUTING!!!! I was supposed to meet Victor at NTUC to get some supplies for the BBQ, unfortunately I woke up late and was subject to many calls, and I had to call and explain everything to Victor's mom, who fortunately forgave me and told me to be clear in stuff to avoid any communication errors. We made our way to the Bishan prawning site, we were 30min late. Not to worry, we proceeded as planned, Mr Ong gave me/my de facto group a prawn for my effort in organising this, thank you!! :) We kinda ran a bit late so the BBQ was cut short by a bit, everyone was crowdig around making it quite difficult to cook without touching the grill. Had a quick prize-giving ceremony back in school and Ming Hong and I got an ice-cream each from Ms Toh because he did the recce with me and I organised the entire damn thing myself. Victor was supposed to have one for getting the supplies but he went back early. Had dinner at Burger King with Hammie and friends and went back home to shower, change and SLEEP!!!

Sunday: I woke up late, there wasn't tap class and I missed my Muay Thai lesson so I slept in, that is until I received a call from my aunt to go to some place called NEX in Serangoon. I watched a movie called True Grit, it's a nice show if you're into the easy-to-understand plot on revenge and the Old West and a nice long story made interesting by fighting. Picked up some assessment books on the way back home. By some I mean 11 books.

Monday: It was another day in school, the usual assembly talks, announcements and slacking about in the cafe with Victor and friends. I got 14/30 for my Bio test..... Discussed about the camp during VE, heard the "official" reason why we didn't win the damn cheer comp. and the usual rush up Braunenburg with Clarence and Victor. Made my way for Muay Thai after showering, I slept in the bus :) I felt so tired I made my way to Ya Kun for a cup of coffee before class and guess who showed up, my older cousin and his leaf of a girlfriend, not being rude or anything but she does look in danger of being blown away to Alaska by the mere air-conditioning.

Tuesday: The usual expression, boring. However Mr Aw told us about our portfolio marks being nullified if we had just 1 worksheet missing from our files. Therefore we have to arrange with him or Mr Chen for a make-up SPA if we were absent on the day itself. We also received our Waves Test back, I was quite surprised to see a nice red 13/20 on my paper because I was actually expecting to fail this test, but don't get me wrong, I'd rather have a 13 than a zero.We had another test during Chinese lesson, it was fine (as always). Chemistry was much better, we did a survey on Mrs Sia, the other one we did earlier was for Mr Aw. We had to draw something to represent the teacher at the last part, I drew a distillation set-up and arrowed the thermometer and wrote "draw a longer thermometer!!" Which was what I remembered about Mrs Sia when she first praised our paper. Lunch was fine, bumped into Ms Ang, who told Jerrold he was invisible to her from then on, to which he replied "ouch". Physics SPA in the lab, I have no idea what was happening most of the time. I juts poked the board with the needles and talked crap with Jerrold. Chinese tuition, home, TV, shower, dinner and finally, computer. Yay!!!! Lol.

I haven't posted in a long time so I'll just elaborate on the 3D2N camp.
Wednesday: We did some cheer practice in class while waiting for our instructors, then I sang "we are the nerds" to the tune of "we are the world", apparently the leaders thought it was amusing along with the class and decided to incorporate it into the class cheer. Anyway our instructors came halfway and split us into 2 groups. Then we practiced our cheer abit more then made our way to the ISH. We were given a nice little search of our bags to check for contraband, y'know like handphone, fridge, TV. Then we made our way to the campsite, which was surprisingly near to HTA, my cousin's camp and an air base, the latter being the cause of at least 3 F-16s flying over in 1hr. We were assigned to different huts which was kinda interesting because it was suspended on stilts and it looked kinda luxurious to me. Lunch was served NS style. We did duty first so we had the privelage of eating first. Anyway we did low elements first, Fidget Bridge followed by Tire Swing. Then... it started raining so we retired to the MPH for our cheer practice. Luckily the rain cleared in time for the night game "kidnapped". It was...well....tiring and you needed quite a bit of luck. My group, group 2, was taken by Instructor Jeremy and he purposely chose Raymond so.... we had quite a noisy feedback. We had supper, debrief then lights out.
Thursday: I woke up at 4.50am b'cos I heard Sai say that he wanted to shower, I went back to sleep at 5 and woke up at 6. We assembled in our wet attire b'cos we had water rafting first. We were supposed to build a raft with 4 thick PVC pipes and 6 thin ones, oh and 2 barrels. As usual, I did the lashings because apparently I was the only one who could do a decent square lash. Anyway we used too much rope and our barrels kept falling but they were quite secure in the water and supported 4 people. Jerrold and I sat on it next, halfway through we fell off, I quickly grabbed onto something and manged to stay on the raft, Jerrold was floating somewhere behind, then I saw a dent in the barrel where Jerrold was sitting on. We had our washup after that, then proceeded to the High Ropes, I did the one where it was a single plank supported by cables at each end. The more you climb, the more your legs start shaking, then when you reach the top, you lose all control of your muscles and you tighten up. It was freakin' high, then when you get on the bloody plank, it starts shaking and you can only inch your way forward. It was quite a relief when I climbed down but you want to go again. Then Kuan Yeow went, he chionged across the plank, then he nearly fell, we were all laughing, this guy isn't afraid of anything. It was CAT 1 again before we made it to the Abseiling and zip-line. Practiced for our cheer then washed up. We wore our super bright class tee then ate dinner. Campfire was fun. Our cheer was awesome. lights out at 11.30 this time.
Friday: Super tired, we did area cleaning for the staff toilet. Then we sang some songs, they announced the best male and female camper, then the best group which was group 1, our class!!! :D Made our way back, then went to NTUC to check some prices then came back.

This is a super long post and I salute you for reading every single word, unfortunately this is a very summarised post and I left out some details, including the class cheer results. I'm blogging this because I need something to refer to when I do my narrative :P
Random fact: I have a new name, Brian

Tuesday, February 15, 2011

Ah shit, I'm pretty pooped now, pooped as in tired, not literally pooped. All the tests, revisions (partially :P) and lessons to cope with. What's more, I have a really overdue proposal for the unit outing and Chinese Remedial this Thursday, after which I have a recce trip with Ms Toh. At least I get to ride in her Mitsubishi Lancer :) Back to blogging.

Monday: The most dreaded lessons all happen on a Monday, Math was more focused on revision and going through our EM test 3. I got 15/20!!! Finally, a Math test where I can actually get 15!! Actually it was a little unfair because Quadratic Equations are my forte but I don't hear any complaints from myself :P Bio was spent talking and talking and talking... I have no idea what Mr Lim's saying, except maybe when he thanked me for kicking Siewmun's chair. What? She was sleeping. Last minute revision for the Math Common Test, it was relatively easy, apart from a spotted careless mistake, I was fine. Came home to bathe, change, pack my gloves and off to Mua Thai!! My skipping was fine, I could have gone on for the entire 5 minutes but I went back too far and my rope hit the heavy bag so no points there. Kru Yoddecha is moving to PoMo, it's like teachers, every now and then they get transfered to different schools.

Tuesday: It was a much better day today. Mrs Leong asked us to give her feedback on her lessons, then Jerrold said "smile more". Actually it was quite relavant because sometimes (Ok, maybe most of the times) she comes into class she frowns and it brings the temperature 10degrees lower. So she said something which can be summarised as "you scratch my back, I scratch yours" We do our work, pay attention, don't fail our tests and she'll be smiling a bit more. We did an analysis of our Grammar Test marks during English and we didn't do our test during Physics lesson today!!!! Instead we did an experiment on the laws of reflection. Mdm Xu left halfway during Chinese lesson for some course, so the ex-2E2 gang, aka Luke, Lynn, Victor and I started talking about French and kinda taught both of them the guttural sounds or "r" sounds. We went through our Chemistry Weekend Assignment during well, Chemistry lesson. Studied abit during the lunch brak for our Social Studies test, it was easy and I wrote a little something about Egypt in the conclusion, because "leadership is key" and what happened in Egypt is what's going to happen here if our leaders aren't capable enough. Tuition after school, I chionged my compo in 40min so I did some Math corrrections there.

Even though I enjoy my new class and lessons, albeit Chinese and Physics, I still miss 2E2'10, kinda like how you miss a dead pet or something, dammit I want to graduate faster, go for my NS, study in NUS and I'll see you guys should you ever fall ill, hey, it's 30% off the total checkup fee, so remember to keep in touch!!! Sheesh, why am I even blogging about this, there's only one person who actually bothers to tag. My blog is nothing more than a long-lost journal of some unknown person.

Sunday, February 13, 2011

Saturday: Well, since tap changed to Sunday, I went for my Muay Thai lessons at 10.30a.m. I wanted to do 2 back-to-back classes but there was no time so I left at about 12p.m. then I went straight to VivoCity to have lunch and buy the protective film for my iPhone. Then I came home and stoned until 4 before going for tuition. Anyway, after tuition, I came home (duh...) and watched TV from 6.45p.m. all the way until 9p.m., then I played until 10.45 before sleeping, I was tired.

Sunday: Woke up early because I had tap class!! Had breakfast at MacDonalds because no one was at home and I made my way to class. We started on Grade 9 already but I was sick so I didn't go for last last week's lesson but like I said:"just started" so Uncle Richard went through the thing again. Then went back to MJ's Wanna Be Starting Something. Left in a hurry, like I always do, before that we each received copies of Grade 9's steps. Had lunch then made my way to French class, Useful Words!!! Shit, Dammit, You stupid tool, You're a pain in the ass. I asked the trainer about " baiseur" or "baiser", of course I knew it, I just wanted to see his reaction, which was " That one, after class then we say" Lol

Friday, February 11, 2011

Back again, well, we wrote a composition during Chinese lesson, but it became more like 2 periods of slacking and talking about life in prison and the SAF. PE was nicer, we ran 1.6km, I don't know why Mr. Tan wants us to run 1.6km, he should just straight away tell us to run 2.4km, I think 3E2 also ran 1.6km today also. I walked briskly from the starting point, the school gate. Then after the crowd cleared abit, I starting running, RUNNING, not jogging at what you think is a reasonable pace until you see an old lady overtake you. Anyway I RAN all the way from the front of Bukit View Primary until halfway in between the busstop where you usually start running 2.4k, and what used to be ITE Bukit Batok. I stopped because I felt a sharp pain around my lower right rib so I started walking until the busstop and starting sprinting back. 9min sharp :) Anyway we played a short game of basketball, I didn't play, I sat with Clarence, long story so after PE was Math, Bloody Math, Mrs Dementor came and gave us our test, luckily I studied last minute for completing the square thing so I should be alright for that question. The rest were just plain easy. I still don't get why everyone says it's difficult, I find Quadratic Equations easy, it's Indices and Surds that are killing me. Spent my entire recess in the cafe talking to Junxiang and Co. then went back for Physics, we went through the Layered MCQ Mr Aw gave us to do yesterday, I got back my Physics test, 13/20, I good mark considering I didn't study much for it, failing my Math on the other hand is considered a normal mark in my class as I said yesterday. Stayed back for some class-tee discussion then I chionged all the way to the canteen, I didn't eat lunch today, I just ran around with Victor, that stupid Ming Hong didn't come today. There was some miscommunication about the venue causing us to waste a lot of time. Anyway, Insp. Norsiah debreifed us, she told us on the stuff we can improve on, like more interesting games, have a short meeting beforehand to confirm our roles, never discuss in front of our juniors etc.etc. Ms Toh wanted to see the heads after training, we went into the staff room, then she passed us the whole year's schedule with the teachers-in-charge. Grace suddenly asked for sweets and I spotted a card with the words "Born to be wild" on a leopard-print bikini. Then we suddenly talked about schoolwork and Math, then Ms Toh said that she'd teach us Math after school, maybe on the Wednesdays we don't have CCA. Went home, I received a call from a Mr. Munger from Munger Tools & Machines or something, I think they were looking for my father. Nite..

FML lah.... I failed every stupid test Mrs Leong gives us, we received our A.Maths test back and......I got 10/35, seems like everyone had almost the same marks, 10 or 13 or 6/35. It's like borderline pass merits and "A1", borderline fails merits an "A2", epic fails merit a "B3" and those people who get full marks are stupid "gong gongs" who are damn extra. Seriously, Mrs Leong has that aura of a dementor, everywhere she goes, all the living things wilt and die, when she leaves the class, it's like we've been continuously bombed and shelled for 40days and nights, then her tests make us lose our will to live, it's like she disguised as a human just to use her dementor powers on us. I even got a "love note", "You still do not understand after 1 month of indices, buck up Brendan!" . Well, enough about Maths lessons, lets talk about Chemistry, we had our first lab sessions today, we did chromatography experiments, one using a rectangular strip of filter paper, another using a circular piece of filter paper, in both cases, we used the same unknown solvent. Anyway the rest of the lessons aren't worth elaborating on, we had EL Common Test, it was a doable paper, I used the rest of the test, about 20 minutes to write an essay on whether the Germans would win WWI if U.S.A. hadn't interfered. Then Mr Lim came in to give us a breifing on the joint research project funded by WWF, NSS and Ikea. It's funded if we make it to the top 11 places. So we're actually the first to do this, in the school and Singapore, and this year's theme is "Marine Life and Freshwater Biodiversity" or something similar. I hate my Maths teacher, she makes me feel like quitting school.... Please, we want another Maths teacher!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!

Quick, concise post for today, I haven't got much time anyway. Bloody homework... Anyway it was a rather uneventful day today, unless you count me going out of English lesson to complete my work an event worth drinking bubbly for. So anyway, the first lesson was Bio, we cut potato strips and put them in sucrose solutions of different concentrations to observe the effect of osmosis on them. My experiment failed like shit, and I stabbed Jerrold's potato half with 2 rulers and a penknife :P Maths was spent doing some quiz, I failed again, 2/10 hahahahah!!! Jerrold got 4 and we were still very happy about it, it's the bloody formulae and their applications into different problems, nevermind, I'll get used to it, so far Indices are my weakest point, I can still do Quadratic Equations with ease. Went through the weekend assignment during SS then something else which I forgot. Lunch was erm...interesting, Ming Hong, Victor and I "cleansed" ourselves by eating vegetarian food, actually it's supposed to be next Thursday but still... Then I fell down outside the staff room on both knees, my right is still hurting badly like I shattered my kneecap or something. We had Total Defence Gold breifing in one of the 2N classrooms, I'm in Victor's group as always. Then, Ms Toh told us that we were taking over the unit as of this week Friday, the sec 4s will be mentoring us, good news or bad news? I don't know. Then we stayed back for a while to complete the lesson plan for this Friday's welfare. Then Alif started questioning the welfare games and everything, I got so fed-up with him that I stood up and shouted,"Are you questioning me on how I run MY DEPARTMENT??? MY DEPARTMENT?? Don't tell me how to run MY DEPARTMENT, I can run it without your help!!" I think he went home after that. Then we fooled around a while then dismissed ourselves also.

Tuesday, February 8, 2011

I haven't had the time to update since CNY, mainly because the Internet got disabled and whatnot. However, I had a nice little surprise, my contract(phone) expired along with the other 2 phones my aunt sponsors for my uncle and herself at the same time, and since we have some stuff with Singtel, they offered her some MIO TV plan and a new phone plan, which includes 3 iPhone 4s YAY!!!! So I gave my Sony Ericsson to my father and I'm using the iPhone instead. I installed angry birds :P hahahahah!!!!! Anyway watched Shaolin, Green Hornet and I Love Hong Kong in the cinema during the CNY break while I watched other old movies on the free Starhub Channel previews :) So that's basically what happened during the CNY break, apart from me losing everything to my cousin.

Monday: I usually dread the first day of school, expecially after the holidays, it wasn't bad, but it was still..... I got 84/100 for my EL Grammar Test, no surprises there, then Chem, Maths and SS followed, apart from SS, the rest were quite boring, even Chem, which is one of my favourite subjects. VE was spent doing some reflection form and survey thing, rushed home, ate leftover curry with bread and...... WENT FOR MUAY THAI AT EVOLVE MMA!!!!! For the first time in 2011, I'm going for classes on a weekday so...yeah, it was fun as always.

Tuesday: I'm beginning to feel the aches and pains from yesterday's Muay Thai class, but it's worth it. We did some TYS questions during the doble Maths period today, Quadratic Equations, my favourite kind. Then came Chinese, I actually passed my out-of-textbook test!!! 30/50!! Spent the period reading the newspaper. History was spent doing last-minute revision for the test, SEQ." The territorial loses was the main reason for the Germans' hatred towards the Treaty of Versailles. Do you agree? Explain." EASY!!!! Maths period after recess, again, E.Maths test 2!!! I actually failed quite badly, 3/20.I'm more amused than dissapointed at my marks...like, how did I even get such a mark? Is that even possible? Yeah, so Chem was better, at least. Dismissed at 1.15pm for lunch, changed into the uniform put our bags into the NP room at 1.45pm for our classification shoot at HTA. It was so fun, I got to hold a gun and shoot it for the 2nd time. I got the Marksmanship badge, along with Victor, Colin and some others, only 6 people got it. My score was 66/80, owing to the fact my gun kinda jammed halfway, it was respectable, I lost 2 bullets, I counted 14 holes on my target, supposed to be 16. I even felt something hot hit my face while I was shooting!!! So cool!!! The T.O. in charge of my lane actually said "nice shooting".
Well, that's basically it, gotta hit the sack, I'm barely getting enough rest these days, so tired.... I''ll update once I'm free. :)

Tuesday, February 1, 2011

Today was quite fun....interesting some might say, mainly because I was the assembly commander for today. I was damn nervous so I kept looking at my friends, then I focused on the PA room. When the bell rang, that was my cue, I blew it. I sounded, well, different than usual, anyway my legs kept shaking all through the National Anthem and pledge. Truth be told I rather be a flag-raiser. Anyway, we had A.Maths test first thing in the morning, I have a high chance of failing this test. English was a bore, then Physics was like anaesthesia. Chinese test after recess then Chemistry, my next favourite subject. I got praised by Mrs Sia for my answers on the homework she gave, excellent. The same cannot be said for my Chemistry test marks, 15.5/26. Physics SPA after lunch was even more boring. I skipped tuition, to walk home, from school. IT WAS FUN!!! The walk took like 1hr, I just kept on walking, down Jln Jurong Kechil past Bukit Timah Plaza and into the house. Except my shoulders kept aching all the way.

This last part is for SOMEONE WHO KEPT PESTERING ME TO UPDATE TODAY, let this serve as a lasting reminder in the long-lost archives of this blog

Monday, January 31, 2011

Hmm... As I haven't updated in a long time, it would be a waste to record down what happened over the past 2 weeks, well here's a short summary, I had a whole bloody week of every test imaginable to sec 3 triple science, then I fell ill with a tempersture of 38.3 degrees and a really bad sore throat which turned out to be throat inflammation. I got prescribed antibiotics and I spent my weekend sleeping all over the house, nice eh? Anyway it's better now.
Now for today's news. I woke up to a "not-chilly-morning-like-the-phrase-but-absolutely-freezing-like-subzero-freezing" morning. At least I got a new umbrella. It was bloody cold, it felt like I was back in San Francisco or the Grand Canyon. Yup, the class was that cold, I actually wore my jacket on just to keep warm. Physics wasn't so boring, after the first few chapters it got to something we were much familiar with and what we actually wanted to learn, Refraction of Light. Bio was next, it was ok..... It's getting kinda boring, it's the same old routine every year, get "recognised" by the school for doing "extremely well" in your subjects and then back to studying. What a fruitful day.

Wednesday, January 12, 2011

I continue from my last post.

Tuesday: The entire school had a nice little surprise in the morning, we brought a pen, student handbook and our CR books down. EL HOD Mr. Arthur "Suck" Kok apparently degraded himself and the Chinese race, and then asked to write down our CR question, bloody fcuked up. Anyway had MT first thing after that, it was bad, History was better, at least we got as far as the Treaty of Versaille and a small excerpt on the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk. Maths was better, Mrs Leong showed us a video on Standard Forms and the music was damn funny. Chem SPA was spent in the class again, went through the worksheet, then after some teaching Mrs Sia went into Fahrenheit and how she wondered why the band name was spelt like that, then she asked each of us how many hours we spent studying, I said 7, 6 in school, 1 at home. HAHAHAHAAH!!! Lunch then Physics, then English, tuition then home.

Wednesday: Woke up at 7, HR was spent in the hall, then Bio SPA, I couldn't see a damn thing in the microscope so I shifted to Jerrold's table and saw his Specimens, his ones were damn clear and we filled in our workbooks together. Recess in cafe. English was spent looking at more powerpoint slides on Grammar. Maths was pretty boring, then we spent the entire SS period slacking because Mrs Ng didn't come. Mr Ong gave us until 2.55pm to eat since we were dismissed late. Anyway training was damn slack, march here march there still can laugh and play, then welfare. Sec 3s only so I led the sing-along session with that shorty piece of shit, then after a few songs we had closing parade then went home.

Monday, January 10, 2011

Bloody tiring and boring day. The only lessons I like was EL, Chem and SS. I totally love SS now, I'm beginning to like the subject. Shucks, I gotta complete my homework, I'll sign off now.

Sunday, January 9, 2011

Thursday: Performance day, got excused halfway through History lesson, why couldn't it be MT?? Anyway we were already on the stage and waiting for the music to start, about 1min later we were told to march back inside because the music didn't start, then we were halfway back then the music started, I want to kill the PA crew already!! Anyway I stayed back afterwards to do the poster and went home at about 5pm.

Friday: Nothing much, I didn't know what I did during MT lessons, except I signed up for something unexpected... -.- We spent Bio SPA in class, the Bio teacher is damn funny, then he drew 2 circles on the board and explained the cells signalling system and whether to make a chest or an arm, spent the entire explaination laughing my bloody ass off with Clarence, I couldn't breathe!!

Saturday: Tap class was postponed to next week so I didn't wake up early, the I didn't go for the CCA Awareness thing because I was going for the Special Parade as a spectator. Reported in school at 2.15, saw the posters I designed, I also heard that about 30+ people signed up, that means the Inspectors don't need to scold us!! Anyway we waited at HTA for like 2 hours then the parade started, saw Hamizan, then I saw Insp. Thinesh in the GOH Contingent, the easiest to spot, RIGHT MARKER!!! He fumbled with his rifle at the end of the parade, ate what they said was dinner there but it was more like a small snack. Marched to the bus at 7.30, reached a totally dark school at 8, changed and went straight to Mac for dinner. I reached my house at 9.30.

Sunday: First French lesson later!! Going out soon.

Wednesday, January 5, 2011

Basically the same post as yesterday, I really miss 2E2'10, those were the carefree days. We've really changed a lot during the holidays. I mean, last time, when there were intervals between lessons when the teacher left the class, we'd talk until the next teacher would spend the next 15 minutes scolding us. Earlier on in class, when Mrs Sia walked out, we did our homework she set us and our Maths teacher (both maths), Mrs Leong, came in and praised us for being so good for sitting down quietly and doing our work, however it was the last 3 periods that she spent with us, we never said anything, we were so tired that we couldn't even raise the "Yes" and "No" cards. It was a very long day today, our History Teacher was Mdm Geetha, Victor's was Mr Huang. HAHAHAH!!!! Anyway, NP training, I never had lunch, I got dismissed at 2.30pm, met Insp. Thinesh in the toilet, he gave me until 2.45pm to fall in. Today's training was tough, as in very tough, then afterwards we had a breifing by Insp. Zaki, the CCA Awareness Day ICs, i.e. me, Victor and Grace, kinda "breifed" the all cadets on the booth, then Insp. Zaki asked us to come earlier to pitch the tent and flagstaff, ought to be fun. God, we've changed a lot haven't we? I'm much more reserved in class, except History :P I'm also less hyper with Jerrold and all my other friends, merely wave and go.

Tuesday, January 4, 2011

Ok, I only have enough time for 1 quick post. Today pretty much sucked, long assembly talk in the morning and then lessons, oh god the lessons. I'm beginning to hate sec 3 life already, bloody stressed out lah, then triple science has to stay back on Tuesdays, fcuk lah. I think the highlight of the day was when I could finally meet up with last year's classmates and my birthday card (albeit belated). Well, that's about it then.

Saturday, January 1, 2011

Happy New Year everyone!! I woke up at 11 feeling like crap and my eyes were glued shut. Washed my face and saw that my eyes were red, I must've rubbed them last night, nice way to start the new year... Anyway I've got even worse news, I have to follow my uncle to a football game tonight, bloody hell... I don't want to go, I want to sleep.... Well, that's about it, school's starting soon, haven't done my homework yet... Well, be back some other time then.

Friday, December 31, 2010

I know I haven't updated in a long time but well, it basically seems like the same thing happens everyday. If I don't have to go back for NP I have Muay Thai and/or BJJ class. Then I sleep at 12 and wake up at 12 everyday. With the exception of my birthday it's all the same. Well, now you're visiting the blog of the Welfare IC. I also have to get NP posters done, the booth on CCA awareness day and I have a proposal to complete by the end of next month on the unit outing. I miss my old class, all the good, fun and happy things happened there, Jerrold and I horsing about, Victor and I arguing if not fooling about, me calling Kunthavi "Dinosaur" and many other names, I don't want to leave but I'm kinda exciting of going to my new class.

Not so much different from yesterday, except I took a bus to the place, bad idea. Slow moving traffic and I was late because of my dear cousin who forgot to factor in the travel time and bus waiting time when he told me to go by myself. Anyway I joined him in the next class. He fetched me home and spent time on the computer, he slept instead. Then I joined my other cousin, Wayne for his first Muay Thai lesson. It was better still, my skipping improved and I think I got the hang of kicking. Dinner at Hong Kong Street Chun Kee and then back here behind my trusty screen.
